each has to do with 2 or more. i dont know what bipartisan is, well i might but im not familiar with it, but bisexual is like 2 sexes (well there is only 2 but still 2) and then bilingual is knowing at least 2 languages maybe more.

What do I think about them? I think they both use the prefix "bi-" meaning "two," and that they apply to a root word -- "-sexual," "-lingual," and "-partisan" to explain that there are "two," -- two sexes (romantically/sexually attracted to both sexes); two languages, and to parties (usu. working together).
