U ve replied yourself. Because they re Muslims. In Turkey, 99% are Muslims. They stick together. No matter where are u from, if u re Muslim, other Muslims will stand behind u and support U,no matter what u re doing. They will still find "right words" how to explain it.

I do not know why other Moslem countries support Chechens,but I can assure you that there are ,at least,as many chechens in Chechenia as in Turkey as well as other Caucassian peoples.So all Turkish governments feel themselves obliged to support chechens,just like the way that French governments deal with Armenians in France.I know that because I 'm a Meskethian descandant living in Turkey.

Because Middle East is close to Saudi Arabia, where the Ka'Bah (pardon me if my spelling is wrong), the holy spot for Muslims is located. Just like there are many Roman Chatolics in Italy where Vatican City is located.

Some Muslims would justify anything other Muslims do, including kidnapping people for ransom, with raping and amputating fingers in the process.
