im going to london in december & would like to go to a premiere, but i can never find out when and where they are happening.

Go to the Internet Movie Database (see link). It has information on nearly every film.
When you find a film, look on the left hand side for "release dates".
For instance, for the movie Eragon, click on http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0449010/releaseinfo and you get release dates listed for every country they plan to release it in.

Most of the premier's happen in Leicester square, the main cinama there is the Odeon i'd go to thier website to find out, but Leicester Square is a very busy bustling place even if there weren't any premier's on there is always something to watch/ do.

Most films these days have their own specific official website. They should say when and where premieres are taking place.
