It's when the clocks get altered like in Britain. At springtime the clocks go forward one hour to help the farmers have more daylight for their farming.

The UK changes it's clock twice per year (one hour forward in the Spiring, one hour backwards in the winter) so that we can maximise the amount of daylight we get in the mornings.
