I was wondering if girls are as obsessed with sex as guys. Guys obviously think about it a lot, do girls also?

it varies. girls don;'t get to think about sex in fun ways like guys do. we think like- 'oh he's hot. I want to have sex with him- but what if I get pregnant or he has a disease. damn that wouldn't be good!'
guys tend to more focus on the prize, not any of the drawbacks.
some women feel ashamed that they like sex, and try not to think about and later think they are doing something wrong when they think about and tend not to do it as much.

Girls also think about sex a lot once they mature, but they think of it in different ways than men. They are more obsessed with finding the most romantic sexual experience rather than just a quick fix.

I'm not a girl, but all guys aren't obsessed with sex. Girls are more romantic. Not always, but most of the time. Some guys are romantic, but there are fewer romantic men, then there are romantic women. I myself am a romantic, but in other words, women like it better when the mood is set.

No one is obsessed with sex. Sure it's great and both genders sure so enjoy it, but the term 'obsession' assumes that sex would interfere with activities of daily life, such as working, sleeping and eating, so in that case the only people obsessed with sex are sexual complusives.

Girls think about love and nurturing. Unfortunately, they sometimes feel that in order to be loved they have to be as sexual as a boy. For girls sex is an emotional event. For boys it is a physical craving that has nothing at all to do with love.

Gals are just as much as guys are but we simply don't advertise it, or I should say some of us don't advertise it !!!
AND there are guys who DON'T want it and gals who don't want it too. I know both types due to friends in my life.
