The Golem is pretty scary. Chupa Cabra and werewolf as well....

I think it would be a toss up between Cerberus and the Fenrir Wolf. Both are big mean dogs. Then again, I've always been drawn to the mythology behind both of them, so I'm sort of partial to them both.

I think all mythological creatures are pretty scary. I mean they all did good things, at times. But then again, the bad thing they do are so very cruel.
