First of all any laptop with a wireless card (Adapter) will do the job. Now, if you don't have acess to wireless network, you can sign up with a provider for wireless access service. Assuming that you are in UK, you might want to check out the plans offerred by http://connectwireless.co.uk/ . The prices are listed on their website. In USA, verizon wireless offers some similar plans.

When you are ready to buy a new system, go to www.stupidcheapcomputers.net. I buy all of my stuff from them, and everything is Vista ready.

Microsoft is about to release its latest operating system, Vista, in January. It’s going to make all of these “bargain” computers nothing but JUNK as soon as it’s released. The reason that you are seeing so many cheap systems on the market right now is because a lot of them CAN’T RUN Vista and the merchants are trying to dump them as hard and fast as they can before Vista shows up and everyone learns what a piece of crap they were sold for $500 (or whatever).

Anyway, I bought a complete, new system from stupidcheapcomputers.net with a warranty for LESS than it would cost me to build it myself or order a custom one from the manufacturer. You can use my frequent buyer code: ATX926. That will get an additional 10% discount at checkout.

I have NEVER had any problems with anything that they have sold me and their customer service is outstanding. Those guys blow my mind.

Good luck!

Many cellular companies such as Verizon, Cingular, and Sprint have PC cards that use cell towers to gain internet access. It will usualy run you about a hundred dollars for the card and forty-five dollars a month for the service. I don't think any computers have such a card built in because you have to get the cards from the cellular companies.

usually it is your internet provider that charges you for using wifi zones if that is what you mena. BT internet has openzone download limits for using the wifi services in different places. Wifi ues the same setup as your home network but is usually much faster as it has to deal with more users. You can get 3g cards from Orange and Vodafone which are hideously expensive and only work where you get reception for the mobiles, they use the same network as the mobile

Im sure you can as my brother in law has one, but to be honest lap tops arn't that good, they don't have the memory like good old solid computers, spend your money on a "proper" computer as you'll be saving later on!

You would have to get service and a plug in card from a cellphone company. It is expensive.
