I have been studying and reading tarot(from many different cultures) for many years and I have to say that any form of divination is just a tool to enhance your own natural abilities. Everyone has psychic abilities, you need to learn to listen and trust them. you could pick up a standard deck of playing cards and give the same type of reading. I advise getting your own feeling of the cards when u do a reading, then it is your own abilities you will be consulting and you will have little need for your queen of cups , good luck

All systems work equally well, however emphasis is important. In a system where there's no way for it to predict disaster, you'd better be weary when it says that things are "so-so"!

The tarot without the queen of cups is still a deck. Maybe take a cover card, or declare that the fool is now the queen, if you're worried...

A deck of cards is a deck of cards, even if its a very specialized one. You can look at it magically, and say that you're throwing off the balance of the deck, or you can just look at it mathematically, and say that you're throwing off the probability that certain cards will show in the reading. Either way, I think you need a new deck.

I am a professional Tarot reader I know that if all of the cards are not present the reading will not be as accurate.
