From the main page, click on File, Import Export, Export to file, next, Personal Folder File (PST), next, select Personal Folders from the window, click on Include subfolders, next, select a place to put your file (that contains all your e-mail, old, send, contacts, etc.) Once that's done, you can import it to a new version or installation of outlook, by almost the same way, except pick import from the menu. You will have to setup the e-mail settings though, they do not get transferred. Good luck !

Yes. Use the archiving function and export everything into a file. Then import that file on your new computer. Works like a charm!
Cheers!

Somewhere in the tools section will be "Import..."
You can also just copy your personal folders over to the new outlook.
