At work I have to push out tubs full of merchandise. I must have pushed them out wrong. Because now wrist is killing me when i bend it a little. The pain started out small but now it goes up the outside of my arm. I would like to go to the doctor but I need insurance. What can I do for my wrist? Is there anything I can do at home?

Don't bend your wrist

Try and get a wrist brace to wear while you work. You may be suffering from carpal tunnel.

I could be a sprain or carpal tunnel...you would need to see a doctor. A warm compress on the area may help or try the RICE method...rest, ice, compression, and elevation....(http://www.physsportsmed.com/issues/1996/10_96/rizzo.htm)

if it hurts when you move your arm, don't move it, then it won't hurt...
