Well, from my experience I think trusting is a weakness because once you trust someone, you would overlook just about everything that that person does. I think it's the greatest weakness and would bring about the worst if your rivals use it against you.

The truly weak are to afraid to trust.
It takes a strong person to have the courage to have faith in others and trust.
Seeing it any other way is seeing the whole idea upside down.
