Your question is not easy to answer. In the States, Caucasians has primarily been used as a distinct based on skin color, for a group commonly referred to as White americans.
In Euro, Caucasian refers exclusively to people from Caucasus.

to answer your question right, I would have to know how many american live in Germany and how many of them are black or "caucasians"

then i would have to know how many people from the caucasus live in germany

then i would have to know how many of the rest is considered black or white. - sorry- but you will not find a statistic about that.

Foxy's right. It should be roughly about 90%
if you just count by citizenship. The biggest
foreign community are turks with about 5%.
Immigration is mostly from eastern european
countries or from within the EU. Which by
U.S. definitions are mostly caucasian.
