it could be the base of depression...talk to someone about how your feeling before you start to feel worse, or it could just be that your exhausted from over doing things and just need a good sleep to give your body time to repair

You sound alot my daughter if she asked me this question I would tell her to do some volenteer or charity work. Do something to help make a difference for the good in someone elses life. It sound like you have a blessed life now try to bless others. Stop thinking about why you feel down when you meet people that are less fourtunate than you are and are going through horribe things Your will thank God and appreciate all you are blessed with. The salvation army is always looking for volenteers especially during the holidays. You sound like you have a lot to offer others. Use your God given talents. God Bless.

Oh! I really think we all have these days.
I have about 1000 things to be thankful for too but yet sometimes I still feel down. Then I ask myself what am I missing..and it's usually becasue I still haven't found somethign that gives me true joy or makes me feel fulfilled.
I have wanted to help out with a charity (more then just giving money which I do quite frequently) for at least ten years now and I have never done it.
I am not going to let one more holiday pass me by. I'm goign to do that. I know that helping others helps me feel purpose.
What gives you meaning and purpose?

Sometimes we down are self when we are young when are not like everyone else. If you realize you have a good life, don't jeporadize it. Also check out the signs of depression. You may just be going through a stage.

Sounds like what you need is to discover your strengths. You are good but you probably don't value yourself enough, this doesn't mean that there is something wrong with you. You just need to get to know yourself better. Hope this helps.

you need time to relax and talk to a doctor about depression it has nothing to do with life some times theres different hormones and chemicals in our body's that go crazy every now and then good luck

Maybe you are suffering from depression. If you do have depression, you can have everything in the world and still feel depressed. You should tell your parents how you feel and see if maybe some counseling will help.

maybe you feel pressure on being a good kid in school-parents-friends ect and don't let yourself to be expressed freely. Think about your needs.
