I'm not a huge comedy fan but I laughed out lout at Meet the Parents and Zoolander. I also laughed out loud at Napoleon Dynomite.
Other movies that are "classics" that really make me laugh are National Lampoon Christmas Vacation, The Christmas Story, and Caddy Shack.

Napolean Dynamite-- you'll hate it at first, then watch it a 2nd time and laugh along with the other fools who quote the movie.

both Nutty Professor movies starring Eddie Murphy. i was in the theater roaring with laughter. tears were rolling down my face, i love movies that get me laughing that hard.
