I need about 500 mins and 250 texts per month. Got 400 mins, 450 texts and insurance just now for £45 with 02. Any better options?

Why not go on pay as you go with o2? Buy 1 of those sim cards at £9.99 and you get 300 txts FREE if you top up £10 a month, 500 FREE if u top up £15 a month or 1000 FREE for topping up £30. Plus there's bolt ons for calls and the calls are cheap anyway. Far better than contract which you might struggle to pay if you lose your job etc.

Three have some great deals. They tend to be the ones who do the most minutes and messages. I was on a contract for £30 per month which included 750 minutes plus 150 messages. I added 75 messages to that for just £5. You also get inclusive video minutes and messages.

The only downside to them is that their call centre is in India and you can't understand a word they're saying if you need to contact them. They just read all their answers from a badly worded script.
