karma - the result of our actions
luna - moon
so karma luna must probably have to do something relating both.
my observation would be, the days after new moon period would indicate growth of live - financially or strength wise, and during full moon, the growth would have attained the peak. all the efforts would have been paid off.
and you reap the efforts of ur KARMA during full moon.
just a wild imagination.... ;)
