Which anniversary is it? If it's the first year there are traditional gifts to give. The traditional gift for a first year marriage is paper. The modern gift is plastic, gold jewelry, and clocks. below are some links to give you an idea of what you may want to go for. The perfect gift in my opinion is always to start a scrapbook with someone who share so much with and have it continue for the rest of your lives together, when you're old and grey you and your children can sit around and look at where it all began.

try to make something very unique.. if you still have one of the invitations therea repalces that they can engraved that in an album picture and organize all your weeding pictures in it or you can put ur own message to her.... or go to a theater where they can change the signs outside and do something like todays premiere..." thanks for being by my side and love me as much as I do, Happy # anniversary (name)and for much more. I love you(ur name) those are thing out of the common and we love things like that more than things you buy

Make up a coupon book yourself with coupons for various pleasurable activities that you both enjoy or that would be a treat for her. You decide how intimate you want to be, you decide content & context; this is a private matter between you and your beloved.
