where under aged teens and such can just kick it and have a good time with out stressin' about the under 21 law here?

There is a lot to do. There are rides practically all over the place - MGM grand has an amusement park thing last time I was there. Circus Circus also has rides and New York New York has a great roller coaster that goes around the buildings.
If your not into that, there are a lot of shows you can see and also some places to go. THere M&M world (at least when I was there) which is cool and right next door there was an arcade and rock climbing and a bunch of cool stuff. Also Maddam Tussads is around thee which is a wax museum'ish place.
Hopefully none of this stuff is out-dated since I haven't been there in a number of years- but i'm sure theres even more by now. Of course theres also pools and places to relax and have fun.

The Texas has a great Theater and Arcade area, Cesars has a killer mall and MGM has the ABC studios to catch new shows, Hilton has the Star Trek thing- most all of the casinos have mall areas with shops and arcades and stuff for non-gamblers and underage folks to do. If you check out the main websites for a specific casino they can tell you what's available. Good Luck!

Never Been there but I will go when I can gamble. But I've seen the Stratosphere and it has rides and there is some place with a statue of liberty with a roller coaster around it if I'm not mistaken.

Circus Circus and New York New York have a good arcade.Stratosphere has a pool and at the top of the tower rides.But the pool you have to be a hotel guest.
