You need to apply for a job on the U.S, get a solid offer and the company is then responsible for getting you a visa and work permit. You can not just travel and look for a job.

First, you will need an acceptable degree. The bachelors in pharmacy is no longer an acceptable degree. Then you will have to take a very hard exam, and if you pass, you'll be allow to work as a pharmacist.
