I'd say your best bet is to go to the networks' websites. Most of them are now offering their most popular shows as full episodes online. They are flash videos so you don't have to download them... just have a good internet connection. I watch Survivor on CBS online, as well as Passions on NBC, Grey's Anatomy and Lost on ABC, as well as tons more shows. You usually get less advertisements as well.

Fox's website only has a few clips of shows up at the moment... but keep checking back. With the other 3 offering full episodes, Fox will likely follow suit.
