This depends on at what level you set the password. If it's in BIOS, you may need to get help from the pc manufacturer. If you set it on Windows, you may be able to boot into safe mode and log in as an administrator.

If you mean BIOS password and you are using a desktop computer, you can turn off the power supply, open up your computer and you will see a battery in it.
Remove it and wait for a few minutes (E.g. 5? or 10 min?) and put it back again. Your BIOS should be resetted and cleared of password.

If you mean window login password, try booting into save mode and you should see a account called administrator. Access if there is no password on it. Once you accessed that account, use the admintrator account and remove the password. If not, create another account.

If none work, I have no more ideas but to reinstall my windows.

you can open your tower or system box and check out your motherboard and you should see a battery there. make sure that your pc is unplugged in doing this and also hold your system box cover before touching any of the internal parts. you simply have to remove the battery and leave it out for about 10 seconds and put that back in. The next time you power up your PC you should be back to your default settings and your password should be gone. Ü
