Habitat Home Supply, Salvation Army, Goodwill, and other charitable stores. You'll get good buys and be helping others at the same time.

try outlet malls- tons of stores, cheaper than usual. since it's the holidays and all they should be having tons of sales.
thrift stores are awesome to shop for people like your mom or grandma if they are into antiques and such. they'll have alot of collectible items for good prices.

It depends on what your looking for. You have to watch the sales and compare prices and products to find the best deals on the items you want.

the bx, if you have access to it. tax free and they except competetor's ads. wal-mart also excepts competitors ads. just take the ad to them and they will mark it down to the same price they are selling it for. i also like it cuz i don't have to run around town trying to get me shopping done. one place then i'm out!
hope this helps?
