Often times when something is wrong with a woman's breasts or other reproductive organs the first response is for the woman to be ashamed or embarrassed and feel like she is less of a woman. Unfortunately some woman never get past that and go on feeling that way for the rest of their lives. Luckily many woman, through spending much time reconciling it and taking a deep look at themselves come to love themselves again and feel like no less of a woman. Breast/uterine/cervical cancer, even menopause causes many women to go through this struggle every year.
After having one or both breasts removed because of cancer some women choose to have them reconstructed and some choose to leave themselves as they are. It really is different for every woman and is a process she must go through and a choice she must make for herself.

i have breasts, not brest.
My brains make me feel self-confident. My personality is the main point of attraction. The fact that I'm good-looking is a plus, but not the most important thing. My breasts are there to feed my baby 1st, 2nd is the fact that my husband likes them. I have no shame regarding them though.

this may make you a bit ashamed or less confident, but not unable to communicate with people. you feel at a disadvantage of course but as long as the rest is ok nothing's wrong. nobody's perfect after all and if we accept ourselves the way we are others will accept us more readily as well. besides, there's more to beauty than meets the eye, maybe if we looked deeper inside we might find something more important than breasts- not far from them there's a heart.

I think it is a very beautiful part which gives a different appeal to the feminine body. a flaw could really make it difficult. but it is not the end of the world. girls are know to be very strong, emotionally, they will come out of it very fast.

I try to explain it to men this way-- if your sexual body parts were as exposed to the public eye as breasts, you would feel uncomfortable with a small 'unit' that everyone could see. It's not pleasant to be judged by what you have 'up-front', but men have it easier since they are not as obvious.

yea, that sounds about right, although some people are still confident and outgoing despite not having perfect breasts and some people have no confidence although theyre breasts are perfect, it just depends on the person.
