it's a good deal if they give you a discounted price. Never put more than 10% of your 401k in company stock. Remember Enron? Put 10% max and youll be fine. Let HR know.

Uhhhhh, it's a good investment only if the company makes good money and shares it with the stockholders. Me? I'd invest only if the management was well established, honorable, stable, and honest to a fault. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.
