How can I mail or store files of size about 5GB and where?

You would need to setup your own email server to allow such a large email message. Even then, this is not the recommended way to send such a large file.

You should look into hosting the file on a web server or on an FTP server.

Alternatively, you can setup a private bit-torrent file that your colleagues can access.

I have successfully used https://www.foldershare.com/ to securely share large files with colleagues. Give it a try - it is free (and from Microsoft)
