It may be a bit hard on the feet and I doubt you would get paid much..... but it's a start, and better than hanging around doing nothing.

A job of any kind is 1000 times better than no job. Good for the head, good for the wallet. Take anything at first, then move on and up! Brainstorm for ideas. Get a piece of paper and write down every job idea that pops into your head. None of them are bad. Then go through them and pick one or two out and go for it.
Try it with a friend. Every few months do it again. The key is to take some action. You'll do great if you do something.

When i worked as a postman the leaflets we delivered was our bonus and i often bumped into leaflet deliverers who were paid a pittance. The rate of pay for paperboys and girls is actually better. However until you find something better at least you will get fit. If you do go ahead look out for when the telephone books are due, that is better pay. Good luck.

I did it for six months just to survive. It nearly killed me and you are about as welcome as a dog turd when you go up people's paths with junk mail.
Pester as many people as you can for work and explain how keen you are after your stray from the straight and narrow.
Keep your chin up. You won't be down forever if you show some hard will and enthusiasm. It's a tough old world out there but there are more good people than bad.
Good luck.

Not if you want to make enough money to live on. You're paid very little ($100 a week). That's not enough to get your own apartment and other necessary expenses.
They also don't report to Social Security nor take money out for it nor remove the other deductions for taxes.

Avoid them.

easiest way to get money is to marry money or sell dope.

Since you are in dire straights already, this delivery job might set you up for something more important, at least you may meet a job prospect instead of feeling sorry for yourself.
