I strongly suggest that you see your doctor and get a referral to see a sleep specialist. The symptoms you're describing sound like narcolepsy. It's fairly common and can be treated, but it can be a real problem if it causes you to fall asleep at the wheel of a car. This is nothing to mess around with. Talk to your doctor about it ASAP.

You could be anaemic (low iron) i suggest trying iron tablets or go to your gp and tell him as he will take blood tests and pin opint exactly what it is that is wrong. If your young then it might be that u need more sleep, they do say that younger people need more sleep than older people.

You should consult a physician. Sometimes problems with the Thyroid gland cause all these problems. Better get yourself checked up and see how it goes.

Its a wonder you are still alive. You have a condition known as narcolepsy, see your Dr pronto before you expire prematurely.
