i have a bit of a stuffy nose and sore throat and i am about 8 weeks pregnant.
is it safe to use the lozenges fishermans friend, the are sucrose free and its the lemon flavoured ones?
they contain menthol BP. 0.4% and phenylalanine.

Yes, it is safe if used as directed. If you have cats do NOT change the litter box it can cause cataracts in the unborn child. My daughter was born with it and I am trying to help everyone understand why you shouldn't change the cat litter while pregnant. Yes, lozenges are fine if used as directed.

Always ask your dr. Even when taking over-the-counter meds.

i dont know but they have a cough drop thats made of vitamin c thats what i took while i was pregnant they taste really good too

I would ask your doctor...YOu are at the time where anything, I believe, can be passed to the wee one.

hmmm....not sure...but try using eucalyptus oil to clear up your stuffy nose....
