They're awful.
I had an overdraft a couple of months ago... and, due to "creative accounting" on their part, they tried to charge me a $105 fee... for ONE overdraft. I could suck up the ONE $35 fee - but $105??? No way.
They said it was because -
$35 fee for: the payment went through and my account was under by less than $5.00 (again, my fault - so, that's okay)...
$35 fee for: they pulled a payment that was BEING processed and attempted to use money from it to pay the purchase I had just made.
$35 fee: they let the old payment then be subject to overdraft fees since the money that was going to be used for this was put towards the original overdraft purchase.
When I called customer service to ask why on earth they would charge me THREE fees for one overdraft fee, they got very cheeky and told me, literally, that these were their "banking practices."
I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau to get those two INVALID fees refunded to me... HURRAH!!!
Needless to say, I no longer bank with them.
Stick with a credit union... ANY credit union.
You'll be better off for it.

I have an account with Wachovia. I have never had a problem with them and it's been almost 6 yrs. The people that work there are also always so pleasant.

Wachovia is a great company, I have a checking, savings, and credit card through them. Only downfall I can think of is that they charge you for your first checks. (I also have Bank of America and they never charged me for my FIRST 100 checks.) Other than that, no excessive fees or anything out of the norm.

For us they are very convenient. When they merged with another bank (I forget which) they ended up with branches almost directly across a busy divided road from each other along our route to work. Very easy to get in and out no matter which way we're going. :)
As far as I can tell the web site works fine with Mozilla/SeaMonkey/FireFox.
