Why isn't there much positive stuff about anything in the media ?
Good news isn't very interesting..
It is the bad news that makes headlines...

Honestly, I never hear ANYTHING in the media about Native Americans, except that they cry when we litter. Sometimes casino commercials, but those are made by Native Americans, so I don't think they are leaning one way or the other. It seems like the media ignores Native Americans who go to work everyday, pay their taxes and raise their children. Let's face it; people being good, decent, productive members of society doesn't exactly grab headlines. Negativity sells, as sick and sad as that may be, it is true.

News media motto - If it bleeds it leads.

I haven't heard anything bad in the media about American Indians. I don't hear much at all about them.
As far as complaining about anything, they have more right than any but you don't hear it from them.
