My freinds car has a leaky radiator, not from rust but because it has plastic end, and anit freeze leaks out of it when warming up.
Is there any way to stop it?

I had this problem with my Taurus. The problem with the radiator on these things is the aluminum cores become fatigued and will start to crack. Causing the clamps on the tanks to come lose. The only ways to resolve the issue is with a new radiator, or have the existing one re-cored. The cost is about the same if you pull the radiator yourself. Sorry to say that’s the only solution. If he continues to have the problem after installing a new radiator then he needs to replace the head gasket on the motor (3.8 Liters had head gasket problems, some 3.0's as well) the bars stop leak will work for a very short time but the tanks will eventually not hold water any longer as the core continues to separate. Now the other solution would be to attempt to find a radiator with metal tanks on it and use that on the Taurus. Either way you are looking at a radiator replacement.

The kits are ridiculously expensive, and fit poorly. Besides that, like chickenjoe said, Lambo doors are so played out that Lambo quit using them. Be original, do something that hasn't already been done by every Fast and Furious wannabe in the US. One day you will realize that by helping you avoid this tragic misdecision, we have helped you avoid going down in the "vanilla ice car mod hall of shame" And seriously, all the people you see pointing and staring at the cars with lambo doors are laughing, you're just not close enough to hear them.

if you have the cash, replace it. Otherwise, take it to a shop. They redo the whole piece on the radiator and it'll be as good as new.
