Pilates is a great way to strengthen your core muscles & lose weight. Im sure your kids will keep you very active too. I have 4 children (1 plus a set of triplets!) My tummy looked like a deflated balloon for a while. I too hated the way my belly looked but with a workout routine and good diet, I managed to get my pre- pregnancy shape back. Try crunches. Go halfway up, stop for a second and continue the rest of the way. Also, when you do crunches, pick your leg up and touch your elbow with the opposite knee. I have done this every day for quite a while and I was told it made a difference, I didn't notice it though. You have to be patient. It won't happen over night.
