No I have lived in Scotland all my life and I can tell you they DO NOT wear skirts. Jeez. it's a kilt not a skirt and also men only wear kilts at weddings. Trust me. I guess it's seen as feminine and not very masculine to be strutting around in a skirt :D

At a Scottish Country Fair at Maclister College in Saint Paul, MN I saw many men dressed in kilts. That's about it for there are no gay men or men dressed in womans clothes around where I live. Boring farm country.

I've seen a LOT of couples out there wearing skirts together. It's a sexy, comfortable, healthy trend for men and their partners which benefits them both and looks great ! :">

Out here in the Midwest I have seen none. I have seen a few Kilts on rare occasions.

Not I, because I prefer not to draw attention to myself in that manner. But, I do wear a sarong around the house in summer.
