I am not sure how good it would feel, but I use "big mouth" (or something like that by philosophy), and wherever you put it, it tingles. It is actually really funny, one time I was putting it on in the car and missed my lip a little bit and you could really tell exactly where I put it, because it plumped. I am pretty sure it would tingle, though. I would try it! It won't hurt you!
I wonder if you put a lip plumper on a penis will it plump too? hmmm.....

Most likely yes especially if you put a lot of lip plumper.. But it won't feel too bad.

lip plumpers use certain chemicals and stuff to cause an allergic reaction on your lips to make them plumper and redder. some people have more servere reactions to it than others. i knew a guy who kissed his girlfriend when she had some on, and his lipes puffed up and he looked like a fish! imagine what that would do to his "area". lmao.

I'm almost positive that it would feel a little funny to him, you may want to tell him before your lips touch it, who knows he may be dumb enough to think you have an STD.
