if you run out of diapers call someone to get you some, or walk to the store if you have to, the key is to know how many diapers you have so you dont get that low

1. panic

2. pray

3. cry when you use the last one.

Honestly though, it would depend on several things. First, how old is the baby? Second, how long will you be without the car? Where are you?

The first and most logical is use the 3 diapers you have then switch to a towel or something to use as a cloth diaper.

You could turn the bathtub into a play pen and not use any diapers at all.

Depending on where you are at the time, or if you have other means of transportation (bicycle?) Find a way for you and the baby to go to the store and buy some more.

Good luck with your class

If you're using cloth diapers like we do, you just have to do a load of laundry. Three diapers will get you through plenty of time to wash and dry your diapers. :) Cloth diapers are the best!

If you're using disposables, walk to the store or take the bus.

If you can't do that (store is too far, it's 50 below or whatever), then call a grocery store that delivers.

You could also see if a neighbor has a few diapers you can either buy from her or give her more later. (depending on when you are going to get the car).

I was once stuck in an airport on standby for a flight and ran out of diapers for my two-month-old. Obviously I couldn't do laundry in the airport terminal and there were no disposables to buy. I ended up putting an extra shirt of my daughter's in a diaper cover. Fortunately that was the last "diaper" I needed. Had I needed more I would have probably used a bunch of paper towels in a diaper cover.

from my experience as a mom, and living in the country with only one car, and it being gone to hubby's work.

1. I called my hubby to bring some back when he came home from work.

2. I didn't change the baby at first pee, disposable diapers can hold several pees, unless the baby is a newborn, then don't wait so long.

3. I used some towels and cloth diapers when the disposables ran out.

Hope this helps.

walk to the store with the baby in the stroller and buy some more
if the store is not an option call someone to bring diapers
if someone cant come and you cant go out then put a recieving blanket on their bum with some safety pins as a diaper until you can get some.

1. put the baby in the stroller and walk to the nearest store.
2. Call someone like a relative or friend and have them bring you diapers.
3.Some grocerie stores deliver for a fee, look on the internet and see if one near you does and order the diapers and have them delivered

1- you can call a friend and see if they can help you out by stopping at a store and picking you up some diapers.

2- you can walk to a local store and pick them up yourself

3- You can call a cab

4- you can call a store that does delivery

5- when you are pregnant you usually get some cloth diapers for spit towels, you can use those until you can get to a store.

6- for future reference always keep an extra package of emergency diapers on hand.. ALWAYS overbuy diapers..

Don't let the diapers get that low in the first place but if they do either walk to the store and buy more, call a cab, or have a friend come get you to take you to the store to buy more.
