Radio Shack sells an AC/DC adapter that covers almost all Watts/Voltages, at least they used to. I have one that that I can use on my Digi Cam12v or my FM radio9v. I have used it on many things, a cordless drill18v,a cordless air compressor24v and stuff.
I think they are about $25. I have no idea what a te2100 is but most common appliances that use DC/AC Volt/Watts can be used with a Multi Purpose Adapter. While your there take the Owners Manual with you and see if they have that specific one.
