Depends what it is. Joint in the oven; chops under the grill or better still on the George Foreman Mean Lean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine - great for chicken breast too or fish.

Why not put a meat specific cookery book on your Christmas list?

you can boil, pan fry, oven bake it, microwave, deep fry...and a very special way (it works!) where you wrap the lump of meat in foil and put it under the car bonnet and run the car for a while...the heat dissipated from the car can cook the piece of meat.
o, you can also make stew out of it, as well as soup and a few others...
