I really want to get my partner a great xmas pressie. I wanna get something with meaning, not just some random rubbish! Any ideas?

find a song which says everything you feel and think, download it package it and accompany it with a love letter. he will have it when he is old and grey after the aftershave bottle is empty and the socks are worn out.

last year my wife got me the ultimate "pressie". I am a high tech kid (I 'm not really a kid but I act like one when it comes to electronics), but last year she bought one of those really big Xmas Socks. She dressed herself up really nice( nothing slutty) and got into the sock before I awoke. This is what the ppressie was. I had almost everything I could want. She just made me realize that the best present was her in my life, something that i was beginning to forget. Something from your heart will always beat something from "The Source".

If I was female I would say "a woman to show him how it works". However, I am not a woman and therefore won't take the pish out of my fellow man... presents as follows:

Electrical - PSP (not the pink one) or XBOX360 or Nintendo Wii (pronounced wee), but this is random poo.

Smelly - The new Armani in the purple bottle, but you might consider that random rubbish.

or for that really personal touch (and one I would choose, but with my G/F obviously):

YOU in a sexy Santa Outfit would go down well, no pun intended.

rather than buy something why not make something. I do not know if your man is sentimental or not? If you make something yourself it shows that a lot of thought, time and effort has gone into it, make something that will be special to him, maybe something he enjoys like a hobby or something. Either that maybe a life experience together like hot air balloon ride or something along those lines, something you will both remember for ever. Hope this helps a little or gives you some idea's.

Think like a guy... Gift certificates to his favorite auto part place. G.C. to wherever he gets his oil changed at. G.C. to a sporting goods store if he hunts, fish's,golfs, etc. Pick up the latest game he wants if he has a a X box or X Box 360 or PS1,2,or3. If he reads buy him the newest book his author has out if he don't already have it or not read it. A trip for 2 to some romantic place. etc,etc,etc..

Simple if you are a girl then just a small self made card and a big smile or some similar thing which has no monetory value but which you have put a lot of thought and dedication into

From your favorite credit card company, get a card for him with the maximum amount, based on his credit history, he is allowed to have as a new customer. I've never heard of anyone, even someone who has everything, turning something like that down. If he has one from your favorite company, what is (a) one place he's always said he wanted a card from but, up until you provide it, he hasn't had a chance to get one? (b) What is one affordable thing hes said he wanted to do or something he'd like to have that he hasn't gotten to do/have yet? Even if you can't do it/let him have it right now, give him a sizeable amount to "turn the dream into a reality."

I could be mean and say an STD, does he have that?? Totally kidding... lol. Can you draw or write? Draw him a picture or write a poem and frame it. Thats also not expensive. Or maybe a nice silky dress shirt (that matches an outfit you own, haha), or some of his (and your) favorite cologne.

Try an engraved key chain...it sounds so simple...but think about it...that way you will be with him everywhere he goes....its not expensive....but very sweet.

also i have seen dog tags with the same thing...a "cool" symbol on top....then a private message on back.
