I have seen alot of the LCD monitors can be transformed into a tv/monitor with a tv tuner...all the ones I seen were up to 19" tho..i have a westinghouse 22" widescreen monitor...is there something I can buy to use it as my tv also?

You'll need a TV tuner card installed in one of the PCI slots in your PC.
Once installed (with the correct installation software) you can watch all you want.
