I can't think of anyway - if you can't do it in PSP already then you can't.

JPEGs are static. Try a GIF instead?

You will not be able to use layers in .jpg files because they are compressed format. When you save the file in .jpg it will save the image after flatening the layers

If you want to use the layers then try working in .psd format itself

JPG images DO NOT support layers, so you simply can't do that. Your could save each layer as a separate JPG image if you wanted.

can we assume you have already tried the obtrusive: keep as... exchange the format to JPEG? in case you tried that and the choice for JPEG replaced into no longer in the record, the image could be in sixteen bit mode. pass to image > Mode > 8 bits/channel. Now attempt it returned. After the keep, that's advisable to maintain the unique high quality for some later objective. if so, once you close up the unique report, it is going to ask in case you go with to maintain it. go with "do no longer keep" and it's going to stay sixteen bits/channel. you additionally can go with "keep for information superhighway" and then exchange the preset to JPEG. The keep will immediately exchange the mode to eight bits/channel. Later, you will nonetheless have the choice to no longer keep the unique in case you go with to maintain a sixteen bits/channel unique.
