It depends on what browser you are using. If you have IE7, you can go to tools and on the top of the drop down box it should say something like delete browsing history. Click that. If you have IE6, you can click on tools, Internet options, clear history and OK.

It depends on which internet browser you're using but I will assume you mean internet explorer.
Go to tools, General Tab, click clear history.
You may also want to "delete cookies", which does sometimes leave a record of the websites you visit.
But be warned sometimes it also helps save things like login information on sites...which would be lost.
