Certainly Vice-President Dick Cheney's old employer, Halliburton, has been one of the most prolific war profiteers. While Cheney denies having any ties with Halliburton, anyone with half-a-brain knows better.
The Bush family's friends in Saudi Arabia have almost certainly profited from this war in ways that we may never come to fully understand.
All of the major U.S. and British oil companies will certainly profit once all of Iraq's OIL is directed toward U.S. and British markets.
The Chinese government will profit because of the TRILLIONS of dollars it has loaned the United States to continue fighting this inane 'war'. We've spent over $1.27 TRILLION in Iraq so far (that's ONE MILLION DOLLARS A DAY for 3,487 years). China is America's biggest creditor, and the interest alone will make China a wealthy country.
The Carlyle Group, one of America's largest government contractors, will certainly reap immense profits from this 'war'. By the way, George H.W. Bush, James Baker and other former Bush '41 cabinet members are all investors and/or employees of the Carlyle Group; another family with the last name of binLaden has also invested $2.5 million in the Carlyle Group.

This war has never been about ousting Hussein, or bringing democracy to Iraq. If the Bush administration really expects to withdraw troops by 2009, WHY is the United States building the largest embassy in the world on a 104-acre site in downtown Baghdad overlooking the modest headquarters of the 'new' puppet Iraqi government installed by the Bush administration??

This war has always been about PROFIT. MONEY. OIL.
