Cans would be better, they could use the glue sniffers empties to stick them together. Anyway ,people living in glass houses shouldn't get stoned!

Welcome to the Perfect World of Ms Roxie. Hey, if you had absolutely nothing else in your life but you had a few quid, you would maybe buy yourself a drink too.
I don't like to see them drinking on the streets either, but maybe there should be more hostels for down-and-outs. Or maybe they could opt for euthanasia - I'll bet a lot of those poor souls would rather that than carry on the nothingness of their lives.
You build a house from empty bottles then come back and tell us all how easy it was and how you got planning permission etc. Otherwise stick with your infant formula milk. And try not to think.

If you had no place to live you would drink too. maybe one day god will show you why they don't build a house out of bottles. homeless is not a joke..grow up..

No. You need to buy the land you build a house from before you can build on it. You can't just build a house in the middle of the street or in someone's backyard...
