That's simple because the Bush and Bin Laden families have had relations for over 20 years for one, and that Usama bin Laden had nothing to do with the 9-11 attacks. He actually, issued a statement on tape and sent out a written letter that he had nothing to do with the attacks on America and that such actions were against the teachings of Islam. Americans were prevented from accessing this information because we were told that Usama could possibly have an embedded "secret code" in the tape that would alert other terrorists cells to "activate" and target other American cities.
Remember everything is done secretly in the American public eye. The Bush and Bin Laden families are in close contact with one other they have strong ties with one another and what is or what isn’t leaked out to the public is all show. Everything gets screened before it goes onto air but what really is happening goes on behind government doors. The government has certain rules in which they go about in addressing the public.
And, the same can be said for, why hasn't Usama been found, reportedly found, that is to the nation? Why, because Bush had no intentions of collecting his buddy.
It was Usama who led the American government on the hunt for Saddam.
I scratch your back, you scratch mine. In other words, Bush and Saudi Arabia (the ruling family) equals friends.
paaatches --And just so you are aware, when something of that magnitude happens it’s not as simple as, “Okay, we are going to dispatch a plane to pick up your family.” It doesn’t work that way. When something like that happens families usually get shuffled around. They go into hiding. They get separated. There are offers from whomever to aide in the safety but usually when you’re dealt with something that you get up and go, just like that. It’s not like, “Okay, Bush is sending a plane we shall wait.” No, you go with the clothes on your back and you run for the hills. Then later everything gets accounted for but that’s much, much later for sometimes you don’t even know for days where your brother is or where this family member is. Why, because they are in hiding and don’t come until they get a clearing.

Because family members of bin laden never did anything that will disallow them going out of the country without breaking existing laws in the united states of america?

Bush didn't have anybody flown out of the country. They left on a chartered plane because they didn't want to be in the United States the week after their family's black sheep killed almost 3,000 people.
It's a reasonable decision.

They didn't. A number of the family members, fearing problems because of their name, wanted to return home. They couldn't because of the air travel ban. They knew that schedules would be a mess when the ban expired so they chartered a plane. It left soon after the ban was lifted. They were all cleared by customs and, I understand, a number were ineterviewed by the FBI, seeking info about theor cousin, Osama.

They were members of the ruling family in Saudi Arabia.
Bin Laden is a member in disgrace of that family.
Check your fact before asking a question. or is ti that you are

I think because the Bin Laden family was concerned they might be targeted for death by Americans after one of their family members killed 3000 Americans.
Bush's family had done business with the Bin Laden's. I don't really see any big issue related to this myself.

Why hasn't he caught Bin Laden? Or maybe he has, in a luxury suite down on his ranch.

because they were "innocent" and had absolutely no connection with the alledged perpetrator and mastermind of the attacks ... *ahem ... so we rounded up a few thousand other olived skinned people and held them for several months while the "investigation" was going on ... yeah, makes sense to me to ..

Well, that's the big question, that no one in the Bush administration is prepared to answer. It sure looks dodgy as hell, though.
