Who goes to Lake of Ozark to have rest?Is it interesting there?

The lake has become crowded in the summertime and if you like to people watch and have at least a 20-25 foot boat water sports can be fun. Or if you have a wave runner etc. Its worth a visit in the summertime a little slow in the wintertime many places are closed for the season. Depending on your employment there is a lot of Service type jobs and Professional.
If you traveling thru and not so far I'd say its worth the time but if your in Kansas City Or St Louis Or Springfield and you want to travel there for the day or something I think your time might be more better spent else where...

Slow city in the cold months though. and supper busy during the summer months. I have a condo on the lake down there and i like it. might i suggest renting wave runners instead of a boat (unless you want to fish) they are so much more fun!!! I find riding on the boat quite boring, unless were pulling some one along in a tube! (then i try to flip them over)
Just please don't subject yourself to party cove! its a gross and nasty display of human stupidity.

great place. especially if you like outdoors fishing etc.
not hard to find work. economically prosperous.
i recommend it.
not a lot of big-city stuff except in branson.
