many everyone looks uneducated and do not comprehend what can take position if a toddler is shaken. He got here upon out the problematical way and that i'm sensible that he will punish himself with a psychological discomfort that is going deeper then you might want to probable understand. His immigration status has no longer something to do such as his sons' demise. the outcome would were a similar in spite of his geographical area.

I've had similar experiences with the law, and unfortunately they can hold him as long as they like. The only thing that will make a difference is an expensive lawyer. Money is the true judge when it comes to our judicial system. It's not fair, but that's the way it is.

Talk to his lawyer, but if there is a Federal Hold, don't hold your breath, your dealing with the Federal Gov't, and your son cannot be all that innocent. Many people on Federal Hold, are considered "flight risks". Good Luck
