N91 has symbian operating system v9.1
N91 is S60 THIRD EDITION phone more advanced than n70
TRY TO INSTALL THEMES FOR 'S60 THIRD EDITION" PHONES
LOT OF THEMES AVAILABLE FOR S60 3rd E edition phones
S60 third edition phones are more advanced than
N90 AND N70 {IT IS S60 SECOND EDITION} TRY TO INSTALL THEMES FOR N91 PHONES} AND THEMES FOR S60 THIRD EDITION PHONES

where did u install it?
do u have a themes folder?
cos tt's where u shud put it.. is e file zipped, u must have it unzipped....
if all else fails.. u can call e nokia care centre...
