Intelligence Quota , average is between 100 and 120 . It supposedly judges the intelligence potential of a person , their ability to logically solve mathematical, spacial, verbal problems. The problem is the test needs to be given several times over a length of time to be meaningful. Any test that is only given once is not statistically sound, you could have a good guessing day or a bad thinking day. Over the last fifty years my IQ has been within five points of 140. I have taken the test at least ten separate times.

IQ= Intelligence Quotient - it is supposed to be a measurement of how smart a person is but there is a lot of dispute about it. It can be biased by things such as culture, ethnic background etc.
Depending on the kind of IQ test 100 to 125 is considered "normal"
