I am trying to see listing of local sex predators in my area so that I can be aware.

Not all sex offenders are sexual predators. The lists available are only for sex offenders, people convicted of sex crimes, and they may not be sexual predators. Don't be too hard on your neighbors should they be on your list untill you know more about the circumstance.
