You couldn't feel any worse than you already do or you wouldn't be writing to us. Boot him out on his ears, he is just bidding his time, he could get a place if he really wanted to. Quit letting him bull-sh*t his way out of it and give him 1 week to find a place. Then if you feel bad, write to us again and we'll be here for ya!!!

Get him legally evicted go to the court house and file this action in small claims court. You cant feel sorry that he has no rental history if he has good credit I am sure he can get a place. He has a job and money in the bank so he can find something.

renatal history? as long as he has a job that can be checked he has no excuse. Besides you are his rental history. Sounds like he is already making you feel bad by giving you excuses. If he has money there are always cheap hotels that can get him through until he finds a place. If he lives close to his family he can ask them to put him up for a while as well. Pack his bags and TELL him his options.

Well Allie if you've had it you can always suggest that he go and stay at a homeless shelter or with friends. If he has cash in the bank then there is not reason for him to still be there. Finally if he refuses to leave you can always have the police escort him out, so you can get on with your life.

She's moved on... in a lot less she's rather loud about it... Then she ought to nicely be attempting to make you jealous... if so, then in simple terms ignore about it and move on, and finally she'll end and move on.

every night from now on go out to the bar or club and bring home another guy. get ur freak on as loud as you can and do all the nasty stuff you never did with the ex. i'm sure after a few nights he'll leave. thats just my opinion. i did that with an ex gf and she moved out after the third girl. or like most ppl are saying get him legally evicted kick his sorry but out he's using you and can't let go. i'm sure he's just a little momma's boy still needing a good t i t 2 suck on.

Give him a deadline and stick to it, and if he doesn't, put his stuff on the porch and change the locks while he is @ work and don't feel bad.
